The children, at the school in Cornwall, were very excited that the trainee professionals from the University of Manchester were going to observe their science lesson and so were very keen to impress.
At the end of the lesson, questions were directed towards the children in general and the teacher Mr Whipps. We asked him why he chose not to differentiate in science and would he have done anything slightly different if he was to conduct the investigation with his class again. His response as many teachers will be able to identify with was "more time needed!" |
